You can be icing it with slightly softer ice cream or whipping cream, just like you usually do with cake icing when preparing for special occasions.
Ingredients: (This size can accommodate up to 8 people)
- Any type of cake weighing 1 kg (baked and cooled)
- 2 L Any type of ice cream
How to Make: First let’s make ice cream in the shape of a cake,
Whether your cake is round or square or any shape, you know that ice cream comes in a tub or box-like package. Follow these small steps to get the shape of your cake into the ice cream as well.
Take a cake tray that fits the shape of your cake, or make a shape out of cardboard.
Put greaseproof paper or parchment paper on it.
Place the ice cream in the tub until about an inch thick.
Place the ice cream cone in the freezer for about an hour.
Now let’s make the cake,
First cut a strip on top so that the surface of the cake is level. (You can do this when you buy a short, long cake.)
Then cut the cake horizontally in the middle and cut the cake into two pieces. (This can be done by taking a short, long cake. If it’s a tall cake, cut a horizontal stripe in the middle of the cake and divide the cake into two pieces.)
Then place one of the slices on a tray or on a cake board.
Now take the well-frozen ice cream piece and place it on top of the cake and gently press down.
Then take the other piece of cake and place it on top of the ice cream layer and gently press down.
After cut off most of the ice cream and cake batter so that it is flat.
Then remove the cut pieces of cake and cover the ice cream cake with greaseproof paper or parchment paper.
Now all you have to do is keep the cake in the freezer for about an hour. that is all! game over! we can eat it after refrigerating for about an hour.

We can store it in the freezer for up to a week without any change in taste.
You can use a handmade cake or a cake you bought for the cake. If you are using a freshly made cake, keep in mind that it should cool down well and lose its heat.
