Ingredients:
- Boiled spaghetti (you can even get things like noodles and pasta for this.)
- Onion leaves or leeks
- Finely chop about 5 cloves of garlic
- Chicken (or any other type of meat)
- Soy sauce to taste
- A little sugar
- Pottery and Ceramics Salt
- Pottery and Ceramics Pepper
- Oil
How to Make:
First add a pinch of salt and oil and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper and season.
Strain the water from the boiled spaghetti into a separate bowl.
Wash the spaghetti in cold water, add a teaspoon of oil and mix well. (To prevent spaghetti sticking)
Meanwhile, put some oil in a pan, add garlic and when it is lightly fried, add 2/3 of the chopped onion leaves and let it fry for a few seconds.
Now add some seasoned chicken and fry. If you want the chicken to fry well, fry it separately and add it to this. Or cut into very small pieces to make it easier to join quickly.
Add about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well.
Add about half a teaspoon of sugar to taste. This varies according to each person’s taste. We are not used to eating sweets. So add sugar and add little by little.
Now add salt and pepper to taste. Be careful because spaghetti also contains salt.
If the mixture looks like oysters, you can add 2 to 3 tablespoons of that spaghetti boiled water.
Finally add the boiled spaghetti, mix well and leave for a few minutes.
Garnish with remaining onion leaves and serve hot.
